We began using The Digital Bakery because we needed a  stronger ongoing voice online. As independent agents, we are competing in a market of franchised brands, but without the comparable resources necessary to implement anything meaningful or sustainable. Therefore we have to punch above our weight to compete.

The Digital Bakery came on board and made an instant impact – we are getting leads through SEO, people are engaging with our social media activity, and our clients love the extra elements of our property marketing package that we are now delivering. We are also able to implement our new “voice” across the business, at the office and offsite levels.

The Digital Bakery showed a “can-do” attitude straight away – they saw that their role was to support us, and enable me to focus on my clients’ needs. All in all, the relationship works well – they understand how to work with a small business: when I’m not able to input or deliver content, they keep the momentum going, which is just like having an extra member of staff, and they respond to our need to turn on or off specific messages or promotions.

They also engage with online suppliers such as myhome.ie and daft.ie to stretch our activities and up the volume of what we are saying, and that, again, demonstrates my confidence in their work: I know its in safe hands.

We worked, successfully with The Digital Bakery –  from October 2015 until the end of December 2016. The arrangement was for John & Gwen Noone to look after our digital marketing.  In practice they looked after a lot more. Our web site,  Facebook, Twitter & Instagram feeds were all consistently updated with rich, engaging content that they had created. The look and feel of all the content was extremely slick and professional. They looked after every aspect from copy writing to video production, making the entire process effortless. The attention to detail shown by everyone at the Digital Bakery was very impressive. We look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

I am the Director of Damhsa Irish Dance and Music Entertainment which produces and direct high end corporate shows in Ireland and throughout Europe providing our clients with professional Irish dancers, musicians and singers from Ireland’s brand leading commercial dance shows  such as Lord of the Dance and Riverdance.  We also produce the Belvedere Irish Nights music,dance and dinner show at the Belvedere Hotel in Dublin centre which caters for tours groups visiting Ireland.
