Shaws is one of Ireland’s leading department store retailers and is firmly established as a much-loved brand. They possess an extremely loyal customer base across their 16 stores nationwide in Ireland. Shaw’s acknowledged that even though they are successful with their physical stores, they required assistance with their online presence in order to keep up with market trends and fierce competition.

Our Strategy

The Digital Bakery developed a content strategy to engage the target audiences and ran ongoing ad campaigns that coexisted alongside the regular activities and the campaigns of each Shaw’s department store.

Our challenge was to launch a digital campaign to generate online engagement and interaction and to encourage local people to visit their nearest Shaw’s outlet. Geotargeting was an integral part of this campaign.
